We met on a Costa Blanca beach, when our children started playing together.
Two strangers. Two single parents. Shared values did the rest.
Life had already tested us both. Rui had built his life in Spain far from home. Lía had left Ukraine with her son at the start of the war, crossing borders with nothing but courage. What brought us together was a simple idea — building something stable, honest and human.
Today, we run Keeper Spain together — and have built a family of our own.

Rui is Portuguese, with over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation and property management across Spain. He has built and renovated with his own hands — which means he sees what others miss, and knows exactly what your property needs.
Lía is Ukrainian. She left her country at the start of the war with her young son, crossing borders with nothing but courage. She found her way to the Costa Blanca — and brings warmth, calm and genuine care to every client relationship.
